Sharad da's Poem

I hope you know who Sharad da is...... (My class mates atleast)
I love his poems and his stories. This is a poem he posted on his blog some days ago......
Nargis
It was stormy weather in Calcutta tonight,
And the seething water-claws
Scraped against the dribbling cement
Of the concrete caves,
And every flash of lightning
Looked to me a petal of a white lily,A blooming Nargis.

Was there a boy like me,
ploughing the Irrawaddy?
Did he too love the musty, dusty smell,
The love-mist of the dry earth and wet air?
I shall not know, I shall never know,
For he was drowned.He cried and he drowned
He cried aloud to the Lord that he knew,
He cried aloud and he drowned
Tossed aside by the waves,
Thrust aloft by the crushing wavesOf Nargis.

And was there a little girl I shall never know?
Did she hear the sighs of her goats
When they heard the far thunder?
She did not,She could not,
She cried and she drowned.
She cried aloud, “Oh Lord, save us!”
She cried and she gaggedWhen the swirl swept her little face
Into the mud of her father’s field,
And her nostrils filled with muddy darkness,
She cried and her lungs filled with the salty tearsOf Nargis.

Near the village field,Was there an old woman?
Breasts fallen, face wrinkled,Hips loosened by the fruit of her husband’s loins?She felt the grip of the swell on her waist
And it lovingly embraced her, wetting her clothes
As it smashed her brain into
Her household shrine.She cried aloud,
She wept and she cried,To the Lord that she knew,
To her lord as it blewHer skull into the brick wall,
Smashed among the tallLimbs of Nargis.

What poison lily? What treacherous friend?What vicious mercy!
What catastrophic end!What wind did blow! What storm was seen!
What hatred! What beauty!What delusion was wend!
For it was no calm wheel of dharma,Wheeling across the Burmese sky,
But the terribly gorgeousChakra of chaos!

i was dloading this game the other day(torrent) and tried dloading it with flashget. It was faster than bitcomet, u torrent and some other bittorrent clients. (i looooooooove flashget)

softwares....1) flashget----All u people who want extreme dload speed start using flashget dload accelator. This thing is awesome. It has the thread dload mechanism that makes this thing a must have. don't worry i was a moron too 2) Real player 11---- Too cool. It has new and better features. It can even help you dload vedeos that can only be seen online(like streaming---Youtube) and it looks gorgeous.

Books---- Try reading the game world trilogy by samit basu. Its pure fantasy with every element i like in a book namely, action, comedy and a bit of (cough! cough! (not that bad)). It also has the most unpredictable plots and twists. (Lovely). This is the 1st book...

mangas--- Mahou sensei negima--- Lovely manga for people who love magic, humour and lots of gorgeous straight back and beautiful girls and a small powerful protagonist(male). This manga is written my the mangaka who drew Love Hina. full metal alchemist----This is a read for even those who have seen every FMA anime epps since tha manga has a totally different storyline and( i personally felt the manga is better(although the animes are awesome too)... the omakes are damn good)

anime--- I have not seen anything good except Yakitate japan(pure dumb comedy(i love it)---Ex-" lets do tango with a mango---(u don't want to know where the mango went(Ha! Ha!)). This is an anime about bakery with the funniest dialogues and scenes. Death Note--- Awesome horror anime. Shinchan---I know u guys are quite familier with this KID.....
